I'm one of those weird people who feels like Sunday is the first day of week, so all of my menu's start with Sunday not Monday. Hence, no "Monday Menu" day! I like to walk against the grain, make my

ReplyDeleteWe made the Falafal! YUM! Hannah ate 3 of them. I was amazed how far it went. GREAT alternative to meat. It would be great to have a homemade version of the boxed mix though. Lot of additives. Anyway, GREAT menu. Please post the chicken cacciatore recipe too.
